So, I made this recipe by myself and I hope you enjoy it! Here it is:
- 2 Cups milk (dairy free rice milk works best)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin butter
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake for 27 minutes at 350 fahrenheit.
- sprinkle colored sugar on top. (Optional)
- Make the pumpkin sauce* and enjoy!
